No Bullets

As you can see from the graphic below, without the aid of bullets the work experience information appears somewhat muddled and the reader's eyes must work harder to distinguish key information.  The reader doesn't have the aid of bullets to help him or her in quickly distinguishing experience illustrations.

Also, please note that when including bullets in your resume, you want to steer clear of the fancier bullets and try to stick to the more basic assortment such as small dots, periods or dashes.
