Terms of Service Statement
Thank you for visiting our website and for considering sampling TearTaylor's different services: website design, clerical support and the online career articles library. To ensure that site users have an accurate understanding of TearTaylor's ongoing procedures for delivering/rendering services to its many customers, a detailed Terms of Service Statement has been provided here. Please be sure to read this statement carefully before submitting any assignments to TearTaylor. By using this website, you ("you" in this Statement specifically refers to a TearTaylor customer or potential customer) accept the conditions, policies, practices, terms described herein this Terms of Service Statement.
Office Support Services
When rendering/providing services to customers requiring clerical support (e.g. typing basic correspondence, charts, manuscripts, memos, presentations, and all other forms of clerical assignments), TearTaylor unfortunately does not provide exact turnaround times or specific delivery dates as to when assignments will be completed, but instead offers close estimates or approximations of when assignments may be returned to customers. As with any typing assignment, the time required to complete a project always hinges upon many variables, some of which are the following: the type or quality of the word processing software used by the typist, experience level of the particular typist, transmission mode that the document was originally received in, the document’s length, writing clarity of the document’s author, the clarity of which the document's owner conveyed his or her instructions, and the complexity of the assignment itself. With all this in mind, it can occasionally be difficult to predict when an assignment will be completed. However, TearTaylor’s typists always approach each and every assignment with the highest level of enthusiasm and always work with the full intent to return/deliver assignments to customers as fast and as accurately as possible.
All documents are created using Microsoft's Office XP Word 2000 software. Once documents are completed they are routinely returned to customers in either one of two ways: sent in traditional paper form via U.S. postal mail or via electronic mail (email) with a Word 2000 file attached to the email message.
Prices
Our prices are currently in par with what's being charged by our competitors nationally. We believe these prices/rates to be fair and reflective of the quality of services presently offered by TearTaylor's office support and web design division.
All Sales Are Final
At the completion of assignments, full payment is required. We accept U.S. currency only and payments must be in the form of either credit cards, cash, money orders and checks. Assignments paid for using personal checks (checks not processed using PayPal's online payment-processing database) will be subject to an additional 2-3 document delayed-release period as we must ensure personal checks undergo the proper clearance procedures at banks. Additionally, if an assignment is released to a customer and the customer decides later that he/she is unhappy with the finished assignment, TearTaylor will not refund any portion of the amount paid by the dissatisfied customer. All sales are final. Our products/services are provided "AS IS," with no warranties whatsoever. All expressed, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
We sell a small variety of first-time jobseekers career development tools (Career Climber supplementary handbooks) but for the most part we operate as a service business. Once time is invested in a project, we are not able to recoup this time. Subsequently, we must always receive payment for services at the completion of an assignment. We hope that most, if not all of our customers are satisfied with their completed assignments, but, if however they are not, we still unfortunately cannot offer exchanges, price adjustments, price reductions, refunds, service adjustments, service modifications, or anything else in an attempt to ease a customer's disappointment, displeasure, or dissatisfaction with a completed assignment.
