Tracy
Miller is editor and publisher of TearTaylor's Career Corner. A job
resource center devoted to helping jobseekers land useful career advice to
help expedite the often difficult task of securing a job.
To aid Tracy in determining information that's useful to the Career Corner's visitors, she
routinely draws on her past experiences from recruitment.
She has
spent 10 years working in client service recruitment for a major U.S.
company. She has helped her past employer to maintain its leading edge in the
advertising industry by helping to regularly bring in prized talent from
institutions such as Amherst, Brown, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton,
Northwestern, the University of Chicago and numerous other top-ranked U.S. colleges and universities.
Throughout Tracy's career she has
managed numerous career seminars, orientation programs, interviewer training
workshops, accelerated-undergraduate recruitment forums, plus written
numerous e-articles and job procurement handouts about the complexities of
the hiring industry.
Besides currently overseeing the operations of the Career
Corner, Tracy also currently manages TearTaylor's web design division and
office support center.
